4. Our gear undergoes progressive carburizing and quenching treatments, resulting in an effective hardened layer depth of 18-23mm. It boasts a surface hardness of 58-62 HRC and a core hardness of 35-42 HRC, perfectly balancing strength and toughness.
5. To fortify the tooth roots, they undergo high-precision shot peening, achieving an exceptional coverage rate of over 200%, ensuring longevity and robustness.
6. The gears are meticulously inspected using magnetic particle inspection in strict accordance with JB/T5000.1S standards, achieving a superior quality grade of Grade I.
7. Every tooth end is expertly chamfered at a precise 1*45 degrees, enhancing performance and reducing stress concentrations.
