Heavy-duty, high-precision, hardened tooth surface, large cylindrical gears, primarily used in shale gas fracturing and wind power generation. Our target customers are those who require high-precision gears with large modulus, typically ranging from 2 modulus to 40 modulus, and an outer diameter of 200mm to 3200mm. These gears are installed within gearboxes.
Second Product Category:
Planetary gearboxes, predominantly utilized in the travel and slewing mechanisms of excavators within the construction machinery industry.
In addition to the aforementioned three industries, our gears can also be used in sectors such as shipping, metallurgy, papermaking, and more.
Due to our custom manufacturing capabilities, we accept drawings from customers for processing.
Provided that the drawings match our equipment, we can produce the gears accordingly.
