YK8150 gear hobbing processing has many characteristics such as high precision, high efficiency and high flexibility, as follows:
High processing precision: Adopting dual torque motor direct drive, the rotation precision of the workbench and tool spindle is high. The processing precision can reach GB5 level, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.8-Ra1.6μm, and the finish and pitch precision are higher than those of gear shaping.
High processing efficiency: During gear hobbing processing, the hobbing cutter performs high-speed cutting along both the tooth profile and tooth direction. Compared with gear shaping processing, the efficiency is increased by 3-5 times, and the retraction stroke is smaller than that of gear hobbing. It is suitable for high-speed processing of external teeth with small empty tools, and is more economical in mass processing.
Good processing flexibility: Through intelligent software design, it can realize functions such as tooth profile and tooth direction modification, automatic scraping interpolation of cylindrical tools, automatic tooth alignment and hard tooth surface scraping, automatic temperature compensation, etc. It can also process internal and external gears, as well as various types of gears such as straight teeth, helical teeth, micro-taper teeth, and crowned teeth, with wide applicability.
Strong equipment stability: The radial feed shaft and tangential feed shaft adopt steel-inlaid guide rails and rolling element anti-backlash technology, which can eliminate the gap during machine tool processing. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic tool protection function to avoid accidental damage to the tool, and is also equipped with a special part fixture, with high reliability and stable precision.
Equipped with automatic tool change function: It can realize automatic conversion between rough and finish processing, reduce manual intervention, improve the degree of processing automation, and help reduce tool costs.
Good tool lubrication: The tool spindle has a center hole water outlet function, which can fully lubricate the tool, effectively improve the tool life, reduce the frequency of tool replacement, and further improve processing efficiency and reduce costs.
