NW230The sophisticated design of the wheel side reducer features an innovative sun wheel accompanied by three precision-aligned small rows.Star double toothThis advanced configuration comprises wheels and a torsion tube, creating a comprehensive system that seamlessly integrates internal and external meshing.NWRenowned for its superbly engineered planetary gear transmission reduction mechanism.

Structural features:
1.The sun wheel is uniquely designed to float, with one end expertly connected by a spline to the motor shaft. The opposite end achieves automatic positioning through precise meshing with three large planetary wheels, evenly spaced around the circumference, ensuring optimal meshing backlash and tooth top clearance.
2.The robust design incorporates three twin large planetary wheels, which are powerfully driven by the sun wheel. These twin planetary wheels are securely mounted on frame bearings, and mesh adeptly with the internal teeth of the torque tube at the other end. The torsion tube is seamlessly united with the hub, forming a cohesive unit, allowing the hub's two centripetal thrust bearings to rotate harmoniously around the frame.
3.The hub is meticulously engineered to provide a solid mounting surface for the tire. Ingeniously, the solar wheel shaft is designed to float upon encountering radial force, ensuring the precision transmission of the planetary gear mechanism within the gearbox. This floating action under working conditions facilitates balanced load distribution across the planetary transmission, significantly extending the gearbox's operational life.
