Structural features:
1.The sun wheel is ingeniously crafted to float, with one end deftly connected by spline to the motor shaft. The other end achieves flawless automatic positioning through precise meshing with three large planetary wheels, each meticulously spaced around the circumference. This guarantees optimal meshing backlash and tooth top clearance, for superior performance.
2.Our robust design is enhanced by three twin large planetary wheels. These are dynamically driven by the sun wheel and are securely mounted on frame bearings. They mesh seamlessly with the internal teeth of the torque tube at the other end. The torsion tube harmoniously integrates with the hub, creating a unified system that allows the hub's two centripetal thrust bearings to rotate smoothly around the frame.
3.Expertly engineered, the hub provides a sturdy mounting surface for the tire.
